Bl’u Boutique is based out of a small storage unit is Southfield, MI. We look forward to the day to call a storefront ours.

  • How long will it take me to get my order?

The moment your order is processed is the moment your order will be packed. Processing takes no longer than 48 hours (2 days). Immediately after the order is processed, it is shipped out. Shipping is 2-3 business days. This excludes holidays & weekends. In conclusion, you will receive your order 3-5 days after placing it.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. However, if you contact the company within 24 hours of your order placement something can be arranged.

  • Can I exchange my order?

We are more than happy to help with an exchange order. Exchange items exclude any intimate clothing; including bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, and or leggings. Exchange items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, and UNUSED. These items must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the original shipping address.

  • What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Immediately contact the company & your issue will be investigated and corrected.

  • How do the clothes run?

Each piece is uniquely made. Meaning it could run snug or loose. However, all most every item runs true to size. Every outfit/piece has an item description; please read carefully.

  • What are final sale items?

Intimate clothing, sale items, and accessories.

  • Do you make your clothing?

Unfortunately, Bl’u Boutique does not make its clothing. These items are ordered in bulk from Los Angles clothing vendors.

  • What if my item has a defect?

All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed/ worn cannot be accepted for store credit.

  • How do I become a model/brand ambassador?

Contact the company with your interest in becoming one of the faces of the company. Leave specifics on what you have to offer, and the owner herself will contact you.
